Magazine Redesign

For this project, I was to choose a magazine that I could improve upon, and redesign it. I first started with the cover, and of my designs for that, these two covers were my absolute favorites. I moved forward with the ram version, then designed the feature spread, article page, and then the table of contents. It was very interesting to learn what all goes into a magazine, and what works and what doesn't. I aimed to elevate its outdoorsy essence while infusing it with
a fresh, modern appeal.

Movie Poster Design
2024
This was a college project where I had to pick three movies by the same director and come up with three designs which don't use the characters' likenesses. I chose some of Wolfgang Reitherman's timeless masterpieces. With a seamless blend a mostalgia and creativity, my designs celebrate the magic of the films, while keeping that feel-good vintage Disney vibe.
Chocolate Bar Design
2024
This was such a fun project, dipping my toes into product packing for the first time. I was to come up with a brand logo, and I came up with Cocoa Crave. I was mainly inspired by Willy Wonka. With playful and vibrant illustrations adoening each package, the design evokes a sense a childlike wonder and excitement. The packaging not only promises a delicious treat but also invites customers to immerse themselves in a magical chocolate experience, where every bite is a moment of pure joy and enchantment.
Music Festival Design
2024
Another college project, for this I picked a genre of music and then created a name for a weekend festival where that type of music would play. I first created the poster, and then applied that design to all kinds of deliverables, including a billboard, wristbands, and a social media post. The design captures the essence of bohemian charm and allure, with earthy and pastel tones evoking a sense of organic authenticity, beckoning both seasoned travelers and free spirits alike.
Alphabet Font Posters
2023 + 2025
This project was my first exploration into typography, fonts, and design layout, and then I ended up repeating it a year later. Exploring each letter of the alphabet, I played with lots of differnt fonts, finding 26 letter designs that worked together to form a cohesive poster. And then came my favorite part: color. Arranging them all in a square, these designs have a satisfying appeal to it,

Font Poster
2025
For this project, I was to pick a "classic" font, and design a poster about it and include information about the creator and the characters that make up the font. This was such a good excercise of my creative brain that I ended up with multiple final versions I was happy with.
Netflix Lock-Up
2025
This was a project where I was to create a lock-up, which if you don't know because I didn't, is the little pictures you scroll through on streaming platforms whrn looking for shows to watch. But the trick of this was to flesh out a made-up movie that doesn't actually existed and the title logo.
Fundraiser Flyers
2024 + 2025
Commissions from the volunteer wildfire fighting group that my family is apart of, who asked me to create a flyer for the annual fundraising event the past two years. Seeing the two side-by-side is interesting as you can clearly see my growth as a designer in just a year.
Photoshoot Poster
2025
A commission from a member of the wildfire group above, who wanted to enter a photoshoot done by her into the live aution at the 2025 fundraiser. She gave me the information she wanted shown and a selection of her previous photos and told me she wanted a collage-type of poster. I made three different rough drafts and she chose this design.
