"Before Guide Rock"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2025
This is a landscape painting that I did for a volunteer wildland firefighting group that my grandparents and family run. I have donated many pieces now to their annual fundraiser to sell in the silent auction. It was the first time I picked out what I would paint based on the intended audience.

"Let Sleeping Dogs Lie"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2020
Being the oldest painting in my collection, I did this halfway through high school for a school assignment and its the piece that really cemented that I should move forward with art. I was about to enter this my state art competion when COVID hit and now it lives on my wall in my room to inspire me.

"Where the Wild Wind Blows"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2023
This one went on quite the transformation. It started as just a photo for my college photography class, then I painted it very simple colors for my color theory class final, and to be honest, I really hated it. Then a few months later, I revisted it, painted over it and mad it much more my style. I gave it to my aunt
for her birthday.

"An Invitation to Wander"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2024
This is a piece I worked on for my second college painting class where the assignment was only to use a palette knife to apply paint to the canvas, no brushes. It was very fun to do something out of the norm like this.

"Feathered Tapestry"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2023
Another college assignment in my freshman year, where we had to focus on the texture of something very close up. We were also to use an unconventional tool to apply paint at least once, I used a fine-toothed comb.

"Echoes of Summer"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2024
This painting began as a fun activity for my 20th birthday, where my family went up on the mountain next to my hometown, and I painted while sitting on the ground. Then I finished it up from a picture, and donated it to the wildfire fighting group's fundraiser, where my aunt actually got it.

"A Hum of Joy"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2025
I painted this for my grandmother's birthday, as she absolutely loves hummingbirds. It was the first time I tried out swirling paint with a sponge for a distressed background.

"Sam Elliott"
Acrylic on canvas, 16" x 20", 2023
This is really a once in a blue moon portrait that turned out actually "good". I did it for my final project during my first college painting class. And then I ended up donating it to the fundraiser mentioned above.
